By 1357 DR, she ascended to the position of Guildmaster for the Most Excellent Order of Weavers and Dyers, overseeing operations from the House of Textiles on Nethpranter's Street. Under her leadership, the guild flourished, setting standards for quality and innovation in fabric production throughout Waterdeep. As matriarch, Tresh ensured the Lanngolyn family's prominence in both commerce and society. She married Ormaes "Seamaster" Lanngolyn, a fellow textile expert, and together they nurtured their daughter, Tryssia, grooming her as the family's heir.
