Her attire is elegant and befitting her noble status, often in rich fabrics and adorned with intricate designs.

A dignified and discerning noblewoman, Estrip was known for her grace and strong will. She held a deep sense of responsibility towards her family's reputation and was determined to distance House Rosznar from its scandalous past. Her commitment to propriety and decorum was evident in her personal conduct and the expectations she set for her household.

As the matriarch of House Rosznar during the mid-14th century DR, Estrip resided in the family's estate on Thunderstaff Way in Waterdeep's Sea Ward. Despite being the sole member of her house in the city, she maintained the family's noble status with poise and determination. Estrip was particularly wary of her Amnian relatives, known for their involvement in slavery and other illicit activities. She explicitly forbade them from entering Waterdeep, a decree supported by Lord Piergeiron, who instructed the City Watch to inform her should any of her kin arrive in the city. Her sudden and mysterious death around 1372 DR forced the Lords of Waterdeep to acknowledge the claims of her Amnian relatives, despite her longstanding efforts to keep them at bay.
