Justyn Rassk was a butcher and a representative of the Guild of Butchers in Waterdeep during the early 1490s DR. He was known for his shrewdness and often demanded extra pay for delivering the guild's meats, especially when he had to venture into the North Ward, a place he despised. His resentment towards the affluent residents of that area fueled his greed and ambition, leading him to engage in underhanded dealings to line his own pockets.
