Hilithiimm Turnstone was the master of the Cellarers' & Plumbers' Guild in Waterdeep, known for his efficiency and discretion. He had the trust of the Lords of Waterdeep, the City Watch, and the nobility, and he hoped to pass on his legacy to his son, Jhalossan. However, unbeknownst to him, he was mentally enslaved by Nexil'Vendyliq, an aboleth who manipulated him to steer the guild away from its dark influence while maintaining a facade of normalcy.
