Description
The North Tower, commonly referred to as the Trolltower, is a fortified structure located at the northernmost tip of Waterdeep's Sea Ward, adjacent to the Field Ward. This imposing tower features three beacon-fires that are always kept ablaze, serving as a warning signal against potential threats, particularly from the trolls that once plagued the region.
Appearance
The Trolltower is a tall, stone edifice with thick walls and a conical roof, adorned with weathered banners depicting the city's crest. Its beacon-fires flicker atop the tower, casting a warm glow that can be seen from miles away, while the surrounding area is patrolled by vigilant guards.
