Description
Also known as the Great Blackwood, the Forest of Shadows is a dense and nearly impenetrable forest that lies between the Two Rivers region and Ghealdan. It is overgrown and considered too wild and dangerous for traversal, with rumors of hidden treasures attracting adventurers.
Appearance
The forest is characterized by towering, ancient trees with thick canopies that block out much of the sunlight, creating a perpetual twilight. The underbrush is dense, filled with twisted roots and creeping vines, while the air is thick with the scent of damp earth and moss.
