Safar is the illegitimate son of Sayyid Rashid Al-Qadir, born to a desert concubine during Rashid’s exile after the fall of the monarchy. Raised in the deep interior by religious nomads, he grew up without luxury, but full of conviction, scripture, and sand-scorched anger. He later founded a militant cell of the Ashir Brotherhood, turning forgotten tribal doctrine into a revolutionary call for purification—not just of government corruption, but of cultural rot, foreign influence, and the sins of his father’s court.
