Description
A colossal worm that burrows beneath the desert sands, the Dune Devourer can erupt to swallow creatures whole, leaving little chance of escape. Its massive form is a terror to those who traverse the arid wastelands, as it lies in wait beneath the surface, ready to strike with its powerful jaws.

Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) piercing damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 15).
Constrict
Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature grappled by the Dune Devourer. Hit: 10 (2d4 + 5) bludgeoning damage plus 5 (1d10) acid damage.
Multiattack
The Dune Devourer makes one bite attack and one constrict attack.
Swallow Whole
The Dune Devourer makes one bite attack against a Large or smaller creature it is grappling. If the attack hits, the creature is swallowed, and the grapple ends. The swallowed creature is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the Dune Devourer, and it takes 10 (3d6) acid damage at the start of each of the Dune Devourer's turns. If the Dune Devourer takes 20 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the Dune Devourer must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate all swallowed creatures, which fall prone in a space within 10 feet of the Dune Devourer. If the Dune Devourer dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse using 15 feet of movement, exiting prone.
