The Resonant Terror makes two sonic wave attacks.
Shattering Shriek
Special Action (Recharge 5-6). The Resonant Terror unleashes a devastating shriek. Each creature within a 30-foot radius sphere centered on the Terror must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 28 (8d6) thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. In addition, nonmagical objects and structures within the area that aren't being worn or carried take maximum thunder damage.
Sonic Wave
Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) thunder damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn due to the overwhelming sonic assault.
