Control Minor Shadow Beasts (1/day)
The shadowmancer can attempt to control one shadow within 30 feet of it. The shadow must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by the shadowmancer for 1 minute.
Enervating Shadow Tendrils
As an action, the shadowmancer can unleash shadowy tendrils in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 18 (4d8) necrotic damage and have its Strength score reduced by 2 until the end of its next turn.
Multiattack
The shadowmancer makes two attacks with its shadow daggers.

As a bonus action, the shadowmancer can magically teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space it can see that is in dim light or darkness.
Whispers of Madness (1/day)
The shadowmancer whispers dark secrets to one creature it can see within 30 feet. The target must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute.
