Centuries ago, a colossal leviathan hunting ship partially sank in the river, giving rise to a floating neighborhood of small guard vessels tethered together. Groviglia is deemed neutral ground among the gangs of Crow's Foot, where violence is strictly forbidden within its boundaries, creating a tense yet fragile peace.

In the dim light of the moon, the silhouette of the sunken ship looms ominously over the water, its decaying hull entwined with ropes and nets. Flickering lanterns cast eerie shadows on the faces of the inhabitants, while the sound of water lapping against wood fills the air, creating an atmosphere thick with secrets and unspoken tension.
