Description
Jotha is a unique city where land and water coexist harmoniously. Above the water, stilted wooden dwellings connected by arched walkways rise and fall with the tide, while below, intricate stone structures and coral formations create an ethereal underwater realm illuminated by bioluminescent seaweed.
