Description
Jotha Castle, the seat of the Kai's power, rises from the heart of the bay, blending terrestrial and aquatic elements. Above water, it features a tiered structure of light-colored wood and woven reeds, with arched windows and balconies adorned with polished shells, connected by elegant wooden bridges. Below, chambers carved into coral formations are illuminated by bioluminescent flora, revealing intricate carvings and pathways that reflect the merfolk's connection to their aquatic home.
