Description
The North Bridge is a majestic structure made of ancient stone, adorned with intricate carvings of elvish lore. It spans the River Telfar, connecting the mainland to the sacred island of Kalian, home to the Elvish High Council of Wesmere. This bridge is used by the council when they convene.
