Description
The North Tower stands as a revered structure on Ka'lian island, built from luminous pale stone that glows softly under the forest canopy. Adorned with intricate carvings of celestial patterns and ancient elven symbols, it serves as a sacred space for the High Council's rituals, featuring expansive platforms for celestial observation and chambers dedicated to meditation and ceremonial practices.
