Description
Blackwater Harbor is a bustling hub of trade and commerce located on the southern edge of the Bay of Pearls. Ships from various races dock here to unload exotic goods, while merchants and adventurers mingle in the lively atmosphere, making it a melting pot of cultures and opportunities.
Appearance
The harbor is lined with sturdy wooden docks, bustling with activity as sailors unload cargo. Colorful banners flutter in the sea breeze, and the air is filled with the sounds of haggling merchants and the cries of seagulls.
