Description
The Elven Dispatch serves as the central hub for messengers in Kali'an, facilitating swift communication across Wesmere. Adorned with intricate carvings and vibrant flora, this location embodies the elegance of elvish architecture, featuring a grand hall where messengers gather and prepare for their journeys.
Appearance
The Dispatch is a large, circular structure with high ceilings, surrounded by lush gardens and shimmering fountains. Elven runes glow softly along the walls, illuminating the space with a warm, inviting light.
