Description
The Ka'lian Town Hall is a majestic structure intricately carved and adorned with vibrant tapestries depicting elvish history. It serves as the heart of the community, hosting social gatherings, celebrations, and important meetings for the elvish citizens.
Appearance
The building features tall, arched windows that allow sunlight to flood the interior, illuminating the polished wooden floors and elegant furnishings. A large central hall is surrounded by smaller meeting rooms, all decorated with natural motifs and elvish art.
