Description
The Drowsy Mare is a cozy inn with a timber frame that leans slightly, as if weary from years of listening to tales. Inside, the air is filled with the scent of thyme-laced stew and ale, while laughter and music create a warm atmosphere. The innkeeper, Mared Ellis, runs the place with a firm yet welcoming demeanor, and her son Iwan manages the stables. Each guest room is humble but well-kept, offering a peaceful respite for travelers and locals alike. It is on in pailns village, on the road from weldyn to dan'tonk.
Appearance
The inn features low oak beams, a crackling hearth, and rough-hewn tables etched with initials. The sign above the door depicts a drowsy mare, and the interior is filled with knickknacks and the warmth of a never-ending fire.
