Description
The Shatter is a lawless expanse of collapsed ruins, remnants of the old Washington Mall. Broken statues and blackened marble litter the ground, while shattered museums stand as haunting reminders of a lost era, where rogue Supes roam like predators and Ashfall Pact insurgents alongside Red Market scavengers stalk the shadows.
