Description
An island nation reborn from biotech sugarcane baronies and coral-reef labs, La República Dominicana stands as the Caribbean’s nexus of black-market med-tech and reef-grown bioware. Flooded coastal mangroves hide clandestine spore-farms, while neon-lit colonial plazas trade in experimental enhancements and pirate-smuggled organs. Its capital, Santo Domino, is a maze of coral-stone alleys and biotech bazaars—where desperate blood-miners and reef-cultists barter for survival.
