Description
A tech-bazaar borough filled with repurposed docks and biotech yards. Graffiti-tagged shipping containers sell coral-spores and black-market modifications, while hover-bike courier gangs weave between biotech lofts. Hidden Resistance safe-houses are tucked away in derelict pier warehouses, creating a vibrant yet dangerous atmosphere.
