Description
This legendary cape, woven from cobalt and white fabric, is stitched with oath-thread and inscribed with ancient symbols of honor. Once per long rest, the wearer can automatically succeed on a death saving throw or grant an ally within 30 feet a reroll on their saving throw. Additionally, allies within 10 feet of the wearer gain a +1 bonus to their saving throws while the wearer is conscious. The mantle glows faintly when in the presence of deception or despair, serving as a beacon of hope.
