Description
Street thugs are low-level enforcers and muggers, hired by gangs or working freelance. They ambush lone pedestrians, shake down small businesses, and provide muscle for higher-ups. Cowardly en masse but dangerous in numbers, they rely on brute force and intimidation rather than tactics or honor.
