Description
Hidden in plain sight among Echelon’s gleaming towers, the Beacon Citadel serves as Liberty Belle’s covert command post and the Hero Corps’ premier training sanctuary. From street level, it appears as a dormant communications tower; only those with the proper clearance—or who’ve earned Liberty Belle’s trust—can access the disguised elevator shaft that descends into its depths.
Appearance
The exterior resembles a sleek, modern communications tower, with polished metal and glass that reflects the surrounding skyline. Inside, the atmosphere shifts to a high-tech training facility, filled with advanced equipment and training dummies, illuminated by soft blue lights.
