Each creature in the area must make a Constitution saving throw at the start of each of its turns. On a failed save, a creature takes 6d8 cold damage and is slowed by 15 feet for the duration of the spell. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and isn't slowed. The storm obscures vision and turns the area into difficult terrain. The spell lasts for 1 minute with concentration.
