Celestial Shield

As a reaction, the Watcher can create a protective barrier around itself or an ally, granting temporary hit points equal to 2d10 + its Charisma modifier.

Dark Energy Burst

The Watcher releases a burst of dark energy in a 30-foot radius. Each creature in that area must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 45 (20d8) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Enlighten Beam

The Watcher points its staff at a target, unleashing a beam of radiant light that deals 13d10 radiant damage and blinds the target until the end of its next turn.

Guiding Presence

The Watcher can choose up to three allies within 60 feet, granting them advantage on their next attack roll or saving throw.

Multiattack

The Watcher makes three attacks: one with its mandibles and two with its talons.

Sinew Lash

The Watcher lashes out with its sinuous appendages. Each creature within 15 feet must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 22 (4d10) necrotic damage and be grappled (escape DC 18).

Summon Heralds

The Watcher summons 1d4 dark-winged creatures to its side. These creatures act on the Watcher's initiative and follow its commands.
