Description

The Gilded Sky Ray is a bizarre and unsettling creature that drifts through the upper atmosphere, its flattened, manta-like body shimmering with iridescent gold and unsettling biological clockwork. It possesses a cluster of multifaceted, insectile eyes that constantly swivel and observe, while its underside is covered in rows of delicate, metallic tendrils that twitch and occasionally emit faint sparks of arcane energy. This creature unleashes focused beams of chaotic energy from its wings, warping reality in localized areas, and is believed to be a remnant of a failed experiment from a long-lost civilization.

Roll a d4: 1-2, the target is also knocked prone; 3, the target is teleported up to 30 feet in a random direction; 4, gravity briefly reverses for the target until the end of its next turn (DC 12 Strength saving throw to avoid falling if airborne).

Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) lightning damage plus 7 (2d6) chaotic energy damage (this damage ignores resistances).
