Ashi learned the art of sandbending and scavenging, becoming a slick and charming opportunist who thrives in the harsh desert environment. She claims to have found 'a piece of the desert that screams,' hinting at a spirit fragment or portal out of sync, and is willing to trade this information for help dealing with a rival tribe.
