Description
A massive domed building of pale stone and mirrored glass at the heart of Dravion, glowing gold at dawn and blood-red at dusk due to enchantments. It serves as the seat of power for Cavareth's ruling empire and their noble council, with concentric rings of authority from outer noble halls to inner chambers for law scribes and the mysterious Sanctum of the Crownless.
Appearance
The Hall is an oval structure with pristine ivory columns and mosaics depicting Cavareth's rise to greatness. Its mirrored glass dome reflects the sky, shifting colors with the time of day, and the inner sanctum is veiled in illusions and secrecy.
