Vampire
Survive as a vampire in modern day Chicago, a city run on a feudal hierarchy of the undead. Based on Vampire: The Masquerade v5 storyteller system.
Author's Note: ***WIP*** I'm brand new to creating stories with a toolset as big as F&F's. This is the updated version, but it's still actively being worked on; POIs, characters, etc. I have turned off Turn Based Combat in the Gamemaster Settings, as I personally perfer narrative combat; make sure to turn it back on if that's what you enjoy.

Description
The vampire fixes its gaze on a creature within 30 feet, freezing them in place as if paralyzed by fear. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be paralyzed for up to 1 minute, with the ability to repeat the save at the end of each of its turns.
