A tall, gaunt Tiefling woman with waxy, sterile white skin, cracked petrified bone horns, and a long gaunt tail tipped with a horny spike. Her eyes are vast, hollow pools of sickly pale green, framed by brittle bone-white hair. She wears ceremonial vestments of dried blighted flora and flayed skin of stillborn abominations, crowned with petrified empty seeds. Her presence carries a faint scent of sulfur and decay.

Malvina is a fanatic consumed by despair and the perversion of creation. She has no compassion or love for a world of false hope, finding agonizing satisfaction in spreading hollowness. Her rule is insidious psychological torment and ritualistic subjugation. She hates fertility and vibrancy, committing any atrocity to spread Nethys's creed. Her humor is cold, dry, and bleak.

Malvina was born into a line of powerful Tiefling alchemists who sought to manipulate life itself. Born with a crippling mutation that prevented her from bearing children, she endured ridicule and her parents' futile attempts to fix her. She rose through the priesthood of Nethys by cold, unyielding effectiveness, sacrificing rivals and her humanity. She crushed all opposition by force, leading a brutal purge to take control of Vesperia. Now she rules as a grim tyrant, believing her cruelty is the only barrier against total annihilation. She remains alone, devoted to the despair of absence, never knowing true bonds, embodying the domain she worships.
