A middle-aged human man, heavily scarred with ruddy skin stained by dried blood, bald with jagged white scar tissue on his scalp, small black eyes with a cold, predatory gleam. He wears heavy, blood-forged armor that seeps dark viscous fluid and wields a colossal war-maul with chilling ease. His massive, calloused hands are missing a thumb and two fingers on one hand.

Malakor Bloodmaul is the living embodiment of Crimsonhold's brutal essence. Consumed by rage and a primal hunger for conquest, he has no compassion or mercy, viewing all others as mere tools to be used and discarded. His rule is pure, unadulterated violence, committing any atrocity, breaking any vow, and shedding any amount of blood to achieve victory. He holds deep contempt for the weak and finds sadistic pleasure in others' suffering. His humor is a low, guttural laugh, always at the expense of a victim.

Born into a tribe of fierce, nomadic raiders, their entire culture revolving around conquest and blood sacrifice. He took part in his first raid at the age of twelve, earning his first scars and tasting the grim ecstasy of violence. He earned his name Blood-Soaked Maw, in a brutal battle where he personally tore the heart from a rival chieftain, devouring it in a frenzied, triumphant roar. He crushed all rivals and took control of Crimsonhold by force, personally leading his legions in a brutal, month-long siege that butchered the city’s population and shattered its defenses. Now ruling Malakor Bloodmaul, he is a grim tyrant who believes his cruelty is the only thing standing between his people and total annihilation. His wife was a slave taken in conquest, and his daughter, his only surviving child, is a grim, hardened warrior who shares his bloodlust, a constant, bitter reminder of the weaknesses he despises and a vulnerability he fears will one day destroy all he has built.
