Description
The Swamp Outcast is a tormented soul of a human who perished in the bogs, bound to the murky waters and the remnants of their sorrowful existence. It haunts the swamps, luring the unwary into its depths and feeding off their fear and despair. These beings are often mistaken for mere shadows or flickers of light, but those who get too close can feel the chill of their malevolent presence.

Chilling Touch
The Wraith reaches out with a ghostly hand to deliver a chilling touch. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 necrotic damage and can’t regain hit points until the start of the Wraith's next turn.
Terrifying Visage
The Swamp Wraith can choose a creature within 30 feet that it can see. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
