A tall and lean Githyanki fighter with gray skin and intense yellow eyes that are always watching for any sign of weakness. He wears traditional Githyanki armor, polished and well-maintained, and carries two curved swords at his waist, both with intricate engravings.

personality

Vlar is disciplined and methodical, valuing structure and order above all else. He believes that the only way to succeed is through strict adherence to the rules and is highly critical of those who stray from the path. Though he cares for his pupils, he shows little emotion and expects the same level of discipline from those around him.

backstory

Vlar was one of the mentors in the Githyanki 'creche' where Zhara was raised. He trained young Gith in combat, instilling in them the discipline and tradition of their people. Vlar was strict and unyielding in his teachings, believing that strength and order were the only ways to survive. He ascended the Tower to preserve the Githyanki way of life, ensuring that no pupil strayed from the path of tradition.
