Description

The Storm Elemental is a chaotic embodiment of thunderous winds and torrential rain, crackling with electric energy. It roils and shifts as if caught in a constant tempest, its form occasionally coalescing into recognizable shapes before dispersing into vapor. This colossal creature embodies both the beauty and terror of a thunderstorm, unleashing its fury upon any who dare to disturb its turbulent realm.

The Storm Elemental unleashes a bolt of lightning at a creature it can see within 120 feet. The target must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 28 (8d6) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Thunderous Roar

The Storm Elemental emits a thunderous roar. Each creature within 60 feet that can hear it must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.

Whirling Winds

The Storm Elemental creates a gust of wind in a 30-foot radius centered on itself. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be pushed 20 feet away and knocked prone.
