Description
The Tidal Aboleth is a grotesque and deformed version of its kin, tainted by a powerful curse that has left it weakened and yearning for revenge. Once a master of the deep, this creature now lurks in brackish waters, seeking to reclaim its lost power and punish those it deems responsible for its downfall. Its flesh is a mottled blue-green, with patches of slimy scales, and it exudes a potent, briny odor as it moves through the water.

Mucus Cloud (Recharge 5-6)
The Tidal Aboleth releases a cloud of sickening mist in a 30-foot radius centered on itself. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 27 (6d8) poison damage and is poisoned for 1 minute. A poisoned creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Psychic Drain
The Tidal Aboleth targets one creature it can see within 60 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw or take 27 (6d8) psychic damage, and the Tidal Aboleth regains hit points equal to half the damage dealt.
Tentacle
Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be grappled (escape DC 16).
