Skydawn is the glittering heart of Aetheria and the seat of Aerion’s church. The city floats atop the largest and highest island, surrounded by a halo of perpetual sunlight that the Aetherians believe is Aerion’s blessing. The skyline is dominated by the Grand Temple of Aerion, an enormous structure of gleaming white marble and gold that seems to pierce the sky itself. The temple’s central spire is adorned with a colossal statue of Aerion, his outstretched arms welcoming the faithful and commanding the skies.
