Description
A rare potion that enables the drinker to alter their physical appearance, making them unrecognizable to those familiar with them.When consumed, the potion grants the user the ability to alter their appearance, including hair color, eye color, height, and facial features, for up to 1 hour. The change is convincing enough that even those who know the user well must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw to recognize them.
