**Default Wheelman has ability to "Drive". So it might be helful to take a Wheelman with you in larger parties.

Description
A hidden garage run by a former street racer named Slick Jack. Vehicles brought here are stripped down or altered beyond recognition, perfect for covering the tracks of heists or turning stolen cars into cash. Jack knows the city’s back roads and has info on all the latest high-speed chases.
Appearance
Dimly lit garage filled with the scent of oil and rubber, cluttered with dismantled vehicles, tools hanging from the walls, and a neon sign flickering above a makeshift counter, under a ceiling stained with grease.
