Velheim

The Mimbane District is a residential area within the city of Seville labeled as a cautionary tale of urban decay. Quickly upon the foundation of the city, it succumbed to the grips of poverty and violence, becoming a breeding ground for crime and desperation. The streets here are lined with crumbling buildings, many structures bearing the scars of numerous skirmishes and the weight of neglect. Filth and debris litter the alleys, where shadows seem to whisper secrets of those who have vanished into the night. Corruption runs rampant among the local enforcers, adding to a sense of helplessness that grips the residents tightly, as they navigate the treachery built into their very homes.
