The Colvann District is a former political district, primarily transformed into a stark militarized zone. Its streets echo with the sounds of clashing armor and marching feet, as soldiers undergo rigorous training under the watchful eyes of their commanding officers. The district is filled with barricades, watchtowers, and practice fields, where tactical drills are a daily occurrence. Civilians are no longer welcome, and whispers of rebellion linger in the air, but fear holds the populace in check.
