Detroit: Nov 1, 1941 Detroit is the backbone of American industrial power, now adapted to produce Martian-tech hybrid vehicles and weapons for the war effort. Factory districts work round the clock, churning out dieselpunk-style walkers, tanks, and aircraft enhanced with Martian shielding and energy tech. The city's labor force is critical, but tensions between factory owners and unionized workers run high. Workers fear losing jobs to increasing automation, as Martian tech allows factories to produce more with fewer people. The Resistance has a growing foothold, with sabotage teams targeting plants they believe are handing too much power to the MTC. Detroit’s factories also export to key Allied powers, making it a prime target for Axis spies.
