Ice Chains
The Icebound Spirit conjures chains of ice that erupt from the ground to bind its enemies. Choose one target within 30 feet; the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be restrained by the ice chains until the end of its next turn.
Possession
The Icebound Spirit can take control of nearby inanimate objects or creatures. It can attempt to possess a creature that it can see within 30 feet by forcing it to make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the spirit inhabits the creature's body, which is incapacitated while possessed.
Wail of the Frozen
The Icebound Spirit emits a chilling scream, forcing all creatures within a 30-foot radius to make a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
