Description

Zaroth the Dark is a notorious evil arch mage who commands all the mage gangs throughout the city. With a cruel intellect and a thirst for power, he adeptly manipulates the magic users beneath him, using them as pawns in his sinister schemes. Rumors swirl about his dark rituals and connections to forbidden arcane knowledge, making him a fearsome figure in the eyes of both the law and rival factions.

Arcane Blast

Zaroth unleashes a surge of raw magical energy in a 30-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d8 force damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.

Dark Manipulation

Zaroth can temporarily charm one creature he can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become charmed for 1 minute, during which Zaroth can communicate telepathically with them.

Summon Mage Minions

Zaroth can magically summon 1d4 minor mages to fight for him. These minions act on their own initiative and appear within 30 feet of him.
