Tharivol of the Winding Path was once a roving troubadour, traveling across Faerûn and collecting songs, stories, and secrets. His charm and wit opened many doors, but his heart remained with the mysteries and legends of the High Forest. Eventually, he returned to Caerilcarn, where he was chosen to lead the Council of the Wood. His insights into both elven and outsider perspectives make him a valuable leader and mediator.
