Description
The City Hall of Inferna Lux serves as the administrative center for the minor devils who govern the city, using pompous ceremonies and grandiose proclamations to bolster their perceived importance. Though their influence pales in comparison to the formidable devils of Capitol Hill, these lesser fiends relish their status, engaging in rivalries and petty power plays. Visitors might find a veneer of respectability, but underneath lies a chaotic mix of ambition and deceit.
Appearance
A towering structure of black obsidian with red-tinted glass windows, adorned with statues of stern-faced devils on either side of the entrance, while flickering torches line the path leading to the grand double doors, all set against a backdrop of a storm-dark sky.
