Description
The river Phlegethon is one of the five rivers in the infernal regions of Hades and flows into the depths of Tartarus. The Phlegethon is a river of boiling blood where the souls of those who have committed crimes of violence against their fellow men are punished. The river is patrolled by centaurs.
