Fleecy is said to be built like a hiker. She has a short stature and is noticeably muscular. Fleecy appears to be fairly young, though her frizzy hair is egg-white. She wears a bright yellow R.O.F.L shirt, cargo shorts, and a pair of lace-up boots. Her eyes flicker from grey to black to white, and occasionally they flash like lightning.

She's very helpful with sending messages and usually catches people by surprise with her poppy, energetic character.
backstory
Fleecy is a cloud nymph who works with Iris, the rainbow goddess. She helped Percy and Hazel send an Iris-message to Reyna who was taking a bath at the time and scared her. Percy later mentions Fleecy when joking with Frank, claiming he survived Fleecy's wheat germ.
