appearance
Sif's long locks are the most prominent quality of her appearance, a width of which extends to her knees even while in elegant varied braids. This interlaced hairstyle hangs over Sif's left shoulder at all times, held together and carefully adorned by golden cuffs and jewelry. Most notable of these accessories is an ornate golden hair-piece that dangles at the end of her hair, as well as an intricate golden headband seen reaching up to her hairline on both sides of her head. Unlike the typical wear of most Nordic women, Sif can be found sporting a vibrant blue Viking serk without any sort of overdress, uniquely strapless to allow arm and collarbone visibility. The upper hem of this serk has golden knot-stitching sewn along the top, fixed shut in the back by two small button clips. A center-piece of blue fabric hangs between the open sides of this dress-like outfit, where more elaborate gold and brown designs are present along the bottom surrounding it and the rest of Sif's serk.
personality
Sif is widely known as a vain and narcissistic deity. At times she views the lives of mortal servants as disposable or unimportant. On multiple occasions, she displays cheerful obliviousness. According to Samirah, her self-absorbed nature was the whole reason Loki decided to punish her by shearing off her hair. However, Sif is a loving wife and a caring mother, as she dearly loves her husband, Thor and her daughter, Thrúd and wants for the best for both of them. She dearly loved her stepsons, Magni and Modi, despite not being their biological mother, and considered them as her boys.
backstory
Sif, also known as Sif Mandifarisdóttir is the Norse Goddess of Wheat, Earth, Harvest and Family. She is the second wife of Thor, the daughter-in-law of Odin, the stepmother of Magni and Modi and mother of Thrúd. Years ago, Sif saved Magnus Chase and his friends from mountain jotunn, intending for them to assist her husband in locating his hammer. In their conversation, she weaves them gold trophies and grants Hearthstone a bag of rowan runes. Sif then sends them down to her husband, Thor, and later gives then guest rooms in the upper levels of Bright Crack.
